30-Day Lifestyle Reset

In this 4-week program, we will concentrate on setting and achieving one major goal (i.e. weight loss, muscle gain). It incorporates the 21-Day Primal Challenge along with:

body weight/gym fitness training
one face-to-face coaching session per week

Science says that it takes at least 60 days to establish a new habit. Our objective is to establish a few. This 8-week program will help you build a foundation for the rest of your lifespan – or to be more accurate, your healthspan. It includes all of the support and guidance of the 30-Day Lifestyle Reset, plus: before, during and after body composition analysis, customized nutrition planning assistance, supplement information, and fitness training programming.
