Workshops & Seminars

Virvitus Health Coaching can offer or coordinate customized health and wellness workshops for groups, clubs and companies to help further support attendees on their path to a healthier lifestyle.

What time commitment is involved?

That's up to you. But usually a minimum of an hour per session would be required; and if needed we can extend that to the timeframe you have available. Recurring weekly or monthly meetings also help to reinforce concepts and practices, as well as giving an opportunity for participants to regroup and offer encouragement to each other. We can also include online tracking for a group so that they can monitor progress on an ongoing basis.

What topics can be covered at a Workshop?

Well, pretty much anything, really. But let's make this specific to your group's needs. What health issues concern them? What would they like to know more about? Some ideas of workplace workshops include topics such as Workplace Meal Preparation; Fitting in Fitness at Work; and The Effects of Diet on Brain Function and Productivity.  A great option is to use a workshop event as an opportunity to set up a cooperative Group Health Challenge for your team. Is there a kitchen available? We can check out some Primal meal options. Onsite gym? Let's run a group workout. Or, let's combine them! It's up to you. Here are a few more ideas:

  • Decoding the Nutrition Label/Shop Smart
  • Meal Prep for the Busy Week
  • The 10-minute Workout
  • Low Carb/No Carb: What's the Story?
  • The Keto Diet: Is It For Me?
  • Getting Better Sleep
  • Improve Your Movement

The possibilities are limitless - Contact us for more information.
